My Stir-fried Cabbage

(I am not one to typically follow recipes, so I hope this will spark some creative juices since I’m not using exact measurements.) [MP900144269[1]]

Butter        Couple teaspoons
Onion        1                        
Cabbage    1/4-1/2 head (depends on size)

Peel and slice onion and set aside. Wash, remove outer leaves, cut, core, and slice cabbage. Meanwhile, melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. (You may need to add a little more butter so the bottom of the pan has a light coating of melted butter.) Once the butter has melted, add chopped cabbage and onion. Stir fry to desired doneness, ~10-15 minutes. (I like mine slightly browned.) Serve immediately.
